TO BE FRANK, the brilliant new feature documentary from INDIGO BLUE MEDIA with representation from GEL’s, a film about one of  the UK’s hardest-working musicians – FRANK BENBINI – and his colourful and tortuous career in the music industry. Shot over the course of 10 years by filmmakers Frank Benbini and Steve Baker, the film charts the highs and lows of Frank’s journey from Leicester council estate to the global stage (he is currently playing with FUN LOVIN’ CRIMINALS and UB40 as well as his own bands, UNCLE FRANK and RADIO RIDDLER), and demonstrates just how hard it is for a working-class kid to make it in the often cut-throat modern music business.
